General

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, treatment, and transaction between Leylie Beauty and a client to which these terms have been declared applicable.

Deposits

When making an appointment, the client pays a 50% deposit. The deposit/treatment costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. By booking the appointment, the client automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.

Appointments

The client must notify Leylie Beauty of any cancellations as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the appointment. If the client fails to do so, Leylie Beauty is entitled to charge 50% of the scheduled treatment. In case of a no-show, Leylie Beauty may charge 100% of the scheduled treatment. If the client arrives at the salon more than 15 minutes later than the agreed time, Leylie Beauty may shorten the time lost on the treatment and still charge the entire agreed amount. If the client is repeatedly late, Leylie Beauty may cancel the appointment and charge for the full treatment.

Come Alone to the Appointment

Clients are not allowed to bring anyone to their appointment. This ensures the best possible work environment without distractions. Bringing children or dogs is also prohibited. If unavoidable, please discuss this in advance. Bringing children or dogs is also not allowed.

Payment

Leylie Beauty displays all treatment prices visibly on the website. The listed prices include VAT. The client must pay immediately after the treatment for both the treatment and any products, either in cash or via payment request. Payment in installments is not possible.

Personal Data and Privacy

All personal data collected by Leylie Beauty is stored and treated with utmost confidentiality. Leylie Beauty will not sell or rent client data to third parties without prior written consent.

Liability

Leylie Beauty is not liable for damage of any kind resulting from reliance on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client regarding relevant medical conditions, medication use, work activities, or leisure activities. Leylie Beauty is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the salon.

Warranty

Leylie Beauty provides a one-week (7 days) warranty for treatments. The warranty for all treatments becomes void if:
  • The client has not followed the provided advice.
  • The client did not seek medical advice within two working days after being advised to do so.
  • The client did not use products according to the instructions.

Damage and Theft

Leylie Beauty reserves the right to claim compensation from the client for any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or products. Theft will always be reported to the police.

Complaints

If the client has a complaint about the treatment, it must be reported both verbally and in writing to Leylie Beauty within 5 days of discovery. Leylie Beauty must respond to the complaint within 5 working days. If the complaint is justified, Leylie Beauty will redo the treatment free of charge. The client cannot reclaim the amount paid for the treatment.

Proper Conduct

Clients are expected to behave appropriately in the salon according to generally accepted standards. Leylie Beauty reserves the right to deny access to the salon without reason if a client continues to display inappropriate behavior despite repeated warnings.

Training



These general terms and conditions apply to all training sessions offered by Leylie Beauty and to every registration for a training session made through our website or otherwise. By registering for a training session, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment

  • Registration
    Registration for a training session is final once the participant has signed up online and received a confirmation from Leylie Beauty.
  • Payment
    Upon registration, the participant is required to pay a €150 deposit in advance. Payment must be made using the specified payment methods. The remaining amount is to be paid in the salon. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation
    The participant can cancel their registration up to 14 days before the training start date without any costs by emailing info@leyliebeauty.com. For cancellations within 14 days of the start date, 50% of the training fee is owed. This also applies to no-show situations.
  • Non-transferable Registration
    Training registrations are non-transferable to others unless otherwise agreed with Leylie Beauty.


Training Dates and Location

  • Changes to Training Dates or Location
    Leylie Beauty reserves the right to change the training date or location. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to attend the new date or location or cancel with a full refund.
  • Minimum Participants
    A training session may be canceled by Leylie Beauty if there are insufficient registrations. In this case, the paid amount will be fully refunded, or the participant may opt for an alternative training session on another date.


Training Participation

  • Participation Requirements
    Participants must arrive on time and attend all parts of the training. Leylie Beauty cannot guarantee the desired outcome or certificate if the participant does not fully participate.
  • Behavior During Training
    Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully during training. Leylie Beauty reserves the right to deny access or terminate participation in case of inappropriate behavior without refund of the training fee.


Training Materials and Ownership

  • Training Materials
    All training materials, including handouts, videos, and other learning resources, are the property of Leylie Beauty and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
  • Use of Training Materials
    Participants may only use the training materials for personal use. Commercial use of the materials is prohibited without prior written consent from Leylie Beauty.


Certificate and Qualification

  • Certificate
    Participants who successfully complete the training and meet all requirements, including attendance and active participation, will receive a certificate of participation. Leylie Beauty reserves the right to withhold the certificate if requirements are not met.
  • No Guarantee of Certification
    Leylie Beauty does not guarantee that all participants will receive a certificate. Certification depends on the participant's performance and fulfillment of training requirements.


Liability

  • Liability of Leylie Beauty
    Leylie Beauty is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the training, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the training.
  • Participant Liability
    Participants are responsible for taking necessary precautions regarding health, safety, and insurance, and indemnify Leylie Beauty from liability for any damage or injury arising from participation in the training.
