Please read the terms and conditions below before scheduling your appointment. After reviewing the terms, you can proceed to book your appointment via WhatsApp or email.

To schedule an appointment, a 50% deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from the treatment price. The remaining balance is to be paid at the salon. By making the deposit, you secure a time slot and reserve the exclusive time and attention of our specialist. Under no circumstances will deposit or treatment fees be refunded.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment without requiring a new deposit, provided the rescheduling request is communicated to us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Canceling

Appointments can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

If you have an eyelash extension set applied elsewhere or BIAB from another salon, please inform us clearly when booking your appointment. We do not refill or touch up existing sets from other salons. These sets must be removed before starting a new treatment, and additional time will be scheduled for this.
